01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReviveAuto website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ReviveAuto ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

02 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where our Services are legally available
• Not be barred from using financial or investment services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

03 Your Account

When you register an account with ReviveAuto, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
• Ensuring the accuracy of your personal, financial, and payout information

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

04 Our Services

ReviveAuto provides the following services:

• Vehicle Buyback — purchasing used vehicles from sellers at fair market prices
• Rebuilding Partnerships — reselling purchased vehicles to certified rebuilding companies
• Investment Opportunities — allowing users to fund vehicle purchases in exchange for short-term returns
• Bitcoin Wallet Assignment — providing each user with a personal BTC address for deposits
• Grant Applications — enabling users to apply for non-repayable grants funded at our discretion
• Payout Services — processing withdrawals via card, bank, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or check

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

05 Deposits & Payments

You may fund your account via Bitcoin (BTC) transfer to your assigned wallet address, or by credit/debit card where available. By making a deposit, you confirm:

• You are the lawful owner of the funds or payment method used
• You will not use stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained funds
• You understand Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or crypto exchange

06 Investments & Returns

When you place an investment through ReviveAuto, your funds are used to purchase real used vehicles, which are then resold to certified rebuilding partners. The returns you receive are funded by the proceeds of those sales.

By investing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Investment returns are credited to your dashboard within 24 hours of placement
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any investment
• We are not acting as a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer
• All investments carry risk, including risk of loss, though we do our best to mitigate it

07 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your available balance at any time, using the payout methods we support. Withdrawals are subject to the following:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10
• All requests are reviewed for security and fraud prevention
• Approved requests are typically processed same-day
• Funds are held securely in your pending balance until paid out
• We may decline a request with a neutral, professional explanation

You are responsible for ensuring that your payout details (card number, bank account, Cash App tag, etc.) are accurate. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrectly provided information.

08 Grants

ReviveAuto may, at its sole discretion, offer grants to eligible users. Grants are non-repayable funds credited directly to your account balance. By applying for a grant:

• You confirm the information in your application is accurate
• You understand approval is not guaranteed
• You agree that decisions made by our review team are final
• You will not use granted funds for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to change grant eligibility, amounts, and availability at any time.

09 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ReviveAuto platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

11 Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any content or results obtained through the Services

We do not warrant that any investment will produce a specific return, that all withdrawals will be approved, or that grants will be awarded.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviveAuto, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed according to these Terms, but we reserve the right to hold funds pending investigation of suspicious activity.

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
